This 4 day course is very informative, and designed for individuals with little to no experience.  You will learn the fundamentals of permanent makeup from start to finish, and will have a hands-on experience utilizing techniques learned in class.  Students will be working on a model on day 4.

 

We encourage students to find their own model, preferably someone you know really well. This will make the process much more comfortable for both you and your model getting the PMU done. You will also be able to track your model's progress, and get honest feedback.

Model Requirements

Must not be pregnant or nursing

No health issues

Not on blood thinning medication, aspirin, topical or oral acne medication

Free of rashes, skin lesions in the treatment area, including eczema and psoriasis

Hasn't undergone chemical peel and laser treatments within 4 weeks prior to receiving PMU, Botox within 2 weeks of PMU treatment 

 

Fees

A $500(+tax) non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your training course, and is due within 48 hours after booking. The remaining balance is due on the 1st day of class.  Once the deposit is paid, I will email you forms and instructions on how to obtain your tattoo artist license.  Deposits may be carried over to a future training in the event of a cancelation on the student’s or trainer’s behalf, and will be valid for a year.  If a student is absent during the class schedule, he/she is responsible for making up the day within 3 months with an additional charge of $700 per day.  Training fees and deposits are non-refundable.

 

Hours

This group course is from 9:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. On the 5th day, the students will be working on their models. We will be splitting the group if we have a class of 5 or more The first group will be from 9am-1pm, the second group 1pm-5pm.

 

Licensing/Certification

Permanent makeup artists are required to have a tattoo license in order to work on clients. Please be sure to work on getting your tattoo license by the time class starts.

Students who compete the 5 days and complete their model will receive a certificate of completion.

 

Course Inclusions

Each student will be receiving a start up kit.  The kit comes with a booklet, PMU machine, needles, microblading tool and needles, pigments, practice skin pads, brow mapping tools and pencils, brow measuring ruler, ink cups and rings, spoolies, microfiber brushes, numbing liquid, and some other necessities. It’s enough to complete about 20-25 procedures.

 

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring it to our attention if you have any food allergies or diet restrictions.
