CANCELLATION POLICY & DEPOSITS

A $100 deposit is required in order to secure your appointment. It is due no later than 2 weeks before your appointment date, and will be credited towards the cost of your service.  If you are scheduling an appointment within the 2 week time frame, the deposit is due immediately.  An invoice for the deposit will be sent to you via email after scheduling an appointment.

If you are running late to your appointment, please notify us via call or text.  If your arrival time is 10-15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.  Another deposit is mandatory in order to reschedule your appointment to another date.  Clients who no-call/no-show will result in permanent service denial.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

A 48 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours from your appointment.  If you become ill in that time period, please contact us via text (808)726-8264, and we will reschedule your appointment.
